FAQ:
Q ) Do my organic earrings have a warranty?
A ) YES. We are happy to replace any jewelry defective in materials or craftsmanship for up to 6 months from the day you ordered it. Please see the link to our returns/exchanges on the left for instructions.

Q ) Do GARUDA Organic Earrings fit in regular sized piercings?
A ) Our Organic Earrings for regular pierced ears fit comfortably in nearly all ears. Our "fake gauge" or "split expander" earrings have silver posts that are standard size. If your ears are newly pierced within the last year, or you only wear studs or never change your studs or tiny hoops, Our Organic earrings with natural posts may feel large. Alternately, you can get silver posts for your organics in our "extra posts" category on the left navigation bar of the website: shop.OrganicEarrings.com

Q ) If I lose an organic earring can i get a replacement?
A ) Yes. Simply send us an email with the item number or a link to the item. If we still have that style available in stock, we can place an order for a single Organic Earring for you, billing via Paypal, and send it. All earrings are handmade, we recommend you send us the original earring to ensure that the new one is a good match. Contact us at sales@OrganicEarrings.com before sending us an earring for replacement to be sure it is in stock.

Q ) What happens if i lose a post for my organic earrings?
A ) All Organic Earrings come with extra posts in the package. Be sure to keep them! If you lose your posts, replacement posts are available for purchase in the "extra posts" category on the left navigation bar.

Q ) I live outside the USA and want to buy GARUDA Organic Earrings. Do you ship your Organic Earrings and body jewelry worldwide?
A ) Yes. GARUDA ships everywhere that the postal service delivers to, Worldwide.

Q ) I am trying to place an order from a different country or location than where I live, and it will not allow me to complete my order. what should I do?
A ) Send us an email at: sales@OrganicEarrings.com
Include your card billing address, the address and country where you would like your order shipped, your contact number and email, as well as a list of what you want to order, by item number. We will place your order for you and bill you via Paypal.

Q ) Will my ears be irritated by the material in the posts?
A ) GARUDA Organic Earrings are great for people with sensitive ears. Be sure to clean the posts with a mild soap before wearing them the first time, as well as check to be sure your ears are clean and the holes are still open. If your ears are already irritated, wait until they feel normal before wearing your Organic Earrings. If you have experienced irritation before with other company's natural earrings, it is likely because the post were made from low quality materials, such as wood, or were not clean or too large. We do not use wood for our posts because it tends to irritate ears and break easily.

Q ) What are the posts in my organic earrings made from?
A ) Your Organic Earrings come with either horn or bone posts, as well as an extra pair of posts. If the posts are black, brown or amber colored they are made of horn. If they are white, they are made of bone. We do not use wood for our posts because it tends to irritate ears and break easily.

Q ) How to I take care of my Organic Earrings?
A ) The posts or organic earrings should be cleaned occasionally with a mild soap, and left to dry. Horn earrings should be oiled occasionally. Don't leave your organic jewelry in places that are wet, or very hot,  or in direct sun for extended periods.

Q ) Do I need to set up an account or own a business to place an order?
A ) No. For all regular orders no account or log-in is needed.

Q ) I have a store or am a buyer for a store and would like to set up a wholesale account with GARUDA Organic Earrings. What do I need to do?
